Although I had heard of Rick-N-Ball, I have never had a need for their services until lately. They were recommended by the plumber that came to fix a major water leak from a busted line to our refrigerator that happened during the night. I was contacted by employee Kindsey Kingery who I must brag about. She kept in touch and worked with me and the insurance company during the process of demolition and reconstruction of our water damaged floors. The mitigation team lead by Kyndsey was very responsive, attentive, and efficient. Kyndsey Kingery thank you for your excellent service. My house was recently damaged by water. It was a complete mess. I reached out to Rick N Ball because I heard they are the best around. Kyndsey was responsible for cleaning up the mess and drying things out. Her and her team came in like a flash and got everything out like it was 2nd nature to them. Her communication was impressive as she kept me informed and was so professional while doing so. I hope the next part of the team shows the same care and attention she has shown. Professional flooring and construction did an exceptional job on my nail down hardwood floor. He and his team were extremely efficient and Jeremy took the time to explain what they were doing when I asked them questions. I also appreciated them not leaving a mess. Rick and ball are doing the repairs to my kitchen due to water damage which repairs are still ongoing, however I wanted to acknowledge the contractor who install my backsplash today. Jeremy Marshall (Professional Flooring & Construction) and his team did an awesome job…the install is seamless. I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed. These services are something we hope we never need, but when we do, it is good to have a service company like this.

Aside from being veteran owned, this is by far the most professional service company we have worked with in this area. Tim, our representative was prompt, professional and he walked us through everything he was doing.

We had signs of water damage in our guest bedroom and were concerned about a leak and mold damage. There was no adding on services, pricy repair quotes or anything like that. I really cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had numerous contractors in our commercial property for everything from small repairs, to just routine maintenance, to very large reconstruction projects, and Rick-N-Ball without a doubt surpasses them all!  It is so refreshing to find an ethical company that does what they say they will do in a timely, professional, and efficient manner at a fair price.  They are the first contractors that did not require a long punch list to return to correct.  We have been extremely pleased with both projects that they have completed for us. We had water/mold damage in a bathroom wall that needed remediation. Tim was the project manager and I highly recommend requesting him if you need any help with mold in your home. From start to finish the process was explained in detail. Tim was always in contact and answered any question I had. I have had bad experiences with contractors on several occasions for other work. Rick-N-Ball has been a great company to work with as we are dealing with our water leak and damage. Tim was GOLDEN as far as answering any of our questions and keeping us informed on what the process was and everything he needed to do. The Restoration phase of Rick-N-Ball Company did an outstanding job from notification to completion of their phase.  Restoration Servicemen Tim gets Five Gold Stars for a Gold Standard level work!  He communicated daily via text and emails, sent updates to both me and my Insurance Agent quickly.  His attention to detail and his detailed reports and explanation of each process step of restoration were First Class Professional.
