Jeremy Marshall came out and absolutely bailed me out of an emergency situation. Had my office door ripped off by the wind. Jeremy came and took great care of me. Professional, timely, and excellent workmanship. Would 10/ 10 use again and will recommend to everyone.

My toilet decided it needed to flood my house while I was away from my home for a week. I had to have 80% of my flooring and baseboards replaced. They did an excellent job. If you have any concerns, they definitely try to address them and try to correct them.

Jeremy and his team were great, super personable and professional, they were able to efficiently remove my old damaged flooring and replace it in the same day, to include taking the extra steps to frame out the base of an additional construction project I am having done to ensure the flooring was uniform and seamless. In addition, he took the time to answer questions and give additional insight into other potential project options I am considering so that I can make the best decisions for my goals/timeframe/budget. Would recommend to anyone considering their services.

I came home Christmas day to my home being flooded from the attic on the second story all the way to the bottom floor. Rick-N-Ball Restoration was recommended to me and I couldn’t be more than happy with the workmanship. The quality was outstanding and their crews were very professional and helpful. They were always on time and always worked full days to get the job done in a timely manner. Their flooring guy, Jeremy Marshall, did an excellent job and he and his crew were always on time and very professional. Mike Haught, the project manager, was always on top of the job at all times. If there were any roadblocks he dealt with them immediately and worked them out so that I didn’t have to worry with them personally. They also worked very closely with the insurance company and always had my best interest in mind. They were always quick to call me on the phone or come by in person to work out any problems that arose. I would soundly recommend them to anyone that is looking for rock solid workmanship that will be done right and done on time.

I couldn’t ask for a better company. They responded immediately to remove the smoke smell and soot from the entire house, and then got to work repairing the damage and making my kitchen better than it was before. I’ll never use anyone else!
