Position Description:
■ Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
■ Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue.
■ Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
■ Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Technical
■ Complete all drain cleaning and plumbing related work related to on-site service calls.
■ Protect equipment and keep a well-inventoried truck.
■ Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs.
Administrative
■ Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
■ Prepare estimates as needed.
■ Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
■ Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes.
■ Write reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken.
■ Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and completing jobs.
Other:
■ Participate actively in all training exercises, company meetings, and on-call rotations.
