PRESIDENT / COFOUNDER
Kevin is Rick-N-Ball’s President, Cofounder and a hands-on Operations Manager. He spends much of his time on the reconstruction side of Rick-N-Ball: in the field meeting with customers, Trusted Partners, and Project Managers. Kevin has a knack for spotting inefficiencies and expediting project completion. Kevin’s background is Civil Engineering, Operations Management and Business.
Kevin is an Army Veteran, committed family man, and avid volunteer. Kevin served as a Combat Engineer for three overseas tours during his military career. He has served multiple years as Volunteer Fireman and Reserve Police Officer.
Most importantly, Kevin is a devoted husband and father. He sees the importance of safe, quality restoration through his experiences as a homeowner and as a dad. Kevin is proud to be a business owner, and still serving his community.
VICE PRESIDENT / COFOUNDER
Andrew Rickabaugh is the Vice-President and Co-Owner of Rick-N-Ball Restoration. As the Mitigation Production Manager, Andrew ensures that Rick-N-Ball Restoration continues to set the standard in the Huntsville-Madison area for prompt and thorough restoration services following damage to your home or business.
Andrew is an IICRC certified Water Restoration Technician and is trained and certified in Structural Drying, antimicrobial remediation, and smoke/fire damage remediation. Before opening Rick-N-Ball Restoration, Andrew gained valuable experience at his previous endeavors to include a City of Madison Firefighter, A City of Huntsville Police Officer, part-time construction, and managing a restoration company.
Through a series of career transitions to include his current role in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Chief Warrant Officer, Andrew is happy to say that he’s finally found his home at Rick-N-Ball Restoration. Andrew is a Huntsville resident and is the proud father of two beautiful boys Theodore and Rowan.
RECONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Blake has been a part of the Rick-N-Ball Family from its infancy. He has worn many hats in the company, serving as Mitigation Technician, Carpenter, Project Manager, and Training Instructor. As Rick-N-Ball has grown, Blake has specialized in meeting with each customer to estimate our Reconstruction projects.
His attention to detail is unmatched at Rick-N-Ball, and it is this attribute that makes him an excellent estimator. Blake has a background in floor covering installation, sales, and estimating. He is often referred to as our “resident flooring expert”. He spends his free time playing guitar and traveling around the southeastern U.S. motorcycle camping.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING
Travis Aimer is the persistent man on the street, knocking on doors and fielding calls to help develop and grow Rick-N-Ball Restoration. Travis builds and maintains professional relationships with industry professionals such as plumbers, insurance agencies, homeowners associations, and property management companies.
Travis represents Rick-N-Ball Restoration at Rocket City Referrals, a local Business Networking International (BNI) Chapter in Huntsville where he introduces our “Mitovative” approach to restoration.
Travis is known for his exuberant personality and when he’s not busy repping Rick-N-Ball, he can be found at Day Star Church where he plays the guitar and sings on the worship team. Travis aspires to serve as a pastor one day and continue sharing joy with everyone he comes in contact with.
OFFICE MANAGER
Vanessa Powell is Rick-N-Ball’s Office Manager. Vanessa spends much of her time actively engaging with new and previous clients who need our services, scheduling appointments and answering questions about how we can help them.
Vanessa’s background in management and business administration helps make sure that the local office runs smooth and efficiently.
Vanessa is a native of Alabama and has three sisters. Vanessa is active in her local church, community and sorority.
In her spare time Vanessa enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and roller skating. Some of her favorite things besides her family are, diamonds, cars and chocolate. Her favorite quote is also her motto: “When you walk with purpose, you collide with destiny”.
CONSULTANT
Ronnie is a Systems Engineer supporting Rick-N-Ball Restoration as a consultant and advisor. Ronnie has a Bachelor’s degree in General Business from the University of Arizona and 2 Master’s Degrees in Systems Management from USC and Systems Engineering from Embry Riddle University. He is a retired officer from the USAF and has spent the last 20 years supporting the Department of Defense as a contractor and Government Civilian. He has a wide breadth of experience in supporting and satisfying customer requirements and brings that expertise to support Rick-N-Ball’s organizational objectives. He is married to Linda, his bride of 41 years and is the father of 5 children and grandfather to 10.
